Flaming, Bashing, & Trolling - Hate posts and personal attacks will not be tolerated on CycleAddicts. Posting controversial, inflammatory, irrelevant or off-topic messages with the intention of provoking other users into an emotional response or to generally disrupt normal on-topic discussion is also not permitted. While debating and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. Our decision is final in these matters.
A "flame" is when you insult someone. Don't use insults, swear or use any words that are deemed inappropriate, anywhere is the forum. If you flame someone, you are risking being banned. The staff can't read EVERY single post on the forum. However, in the event that an inappropriate post is overlooked, there is a strong chance that some member will report it to the moderators. Posting of "NSW" *Not Work Safe* - Posting of "NSW", not safe for work material is not permitted within the public forums. This is a PG-13 message board. Nudity (although appreciated) is prohibited for obvious reasons.
Accessing Another User's Account - You may not impersonate another board member or create an account specifically for the purpose of provoking other members. Attempting to access another member's account is strictly prohibited.
No "Spamming" - Purposely spamming our message boards with senseless, vacuous, or empty messages to gain higher post count is frowned upon. Commercial spamming and advertising are just as unwelcomed. Advertising and spamming is not allowed. This includes using the forum, email, visitor messages, picture comments and private message systems to spam other members.
Spam/Links - Links to personal web sites , other forum sites, etc. are frowned upon and may be removed at any time. Spamming is not tolerated anywhere on this site. Be forewarned, if you decide to register here and begin private messaging our members to join your site, you will be banned without warning. -->See above concerning SPAM
Also while these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way. |

Terms of Use:
- The CycleAddicts classified service is available to all registered and confirmed CA members.
- CA members must adhere to all rules of conduct as described in the Terms of Use.
- Users understand that CycleAddicts only acts as the publisher of the classified service and will not be held liable for products offered or information displayed in the forum. All information displayed in the forum is the sole responsibility of the posting member. Buyers beware!
- Users may only publish ads with objects and equipment related to the motorcycle or related industry. (No job postings, no pharmaceutical postings, no dating or love contacts)
- Sellers must guarantee that all products and equipment offered are real, descriptions and prices are accurate and include true to life photos as needed. CycleAddicts will not be liable for any information posted in the forum.
- Sellers may not post links to outside websites.
- Sellers are required to provide accurate contact information such as email or telephone in your post. Or simply letting potential buyers know it is agreeable to contact via the private message system is acceptable as well.
- CycleAddicts may in its sole discretion review, edit, and remove any ad without the permission of the advertising publisher.
- Buyers will not publish any payment information in the forum such as credit card, Paypal™ or wire transfer instructions.
- Buyers, Sellers, and all users of the CycleAddicts classified forum agree to adhere to all local, federal, and international laws including laws corresponding to the display, transaction, and delivery of equipment and products.
- Violators of these rules will be removed from the classified section and may be removed entirely from the CycleAddicts website.

Please note: The CycleAddicts.NET classifieds section is intended to be private use only. This means any ads from dealers will be removed by a moderator. We don't discriminate against dealers or sales agencies persay, we would like to keep the classifieds section used as a member to member type resource. In the future, if the need arises, we will create a dealer only classifieds section. |
